Marcel Drach is professor of economics at Paris Dauphine University. He is coordinator of the management module of the EPIVAC training program and director of Paris Dauphine University’s master’s in public health economics and management in developing countries, which is awarded to EPIVAC participants. He is also a member of the EPIVAC steering committee, which oversees the implementation of recommendations from the scientific committee.

Previously, Drach was program director at the Collège international de philosophie in Paris. He has also served as a consultant for sustainable development in Central Africa and taught and consulted on health economics.

He is the author of La crise dans les pays de l’Est (La Découverte, coll. “Repères,” 1990) and co-author of Philosophie et Économie (Rue Descartes, n° 28, PUF, 2000).
