Dorothy Leab is in charge of AMP's human resources for health program and director of the International Human Resources for Health Development Center (CIRHS). In these roles, she manages AMP’s efforts to tackle the health workforce crisis in Africa and Asia. At AMP since 1994, she is responsible for building partnerships and providing technical support to countries, international health organizations, and training institutions. She works with a dedicated team committed to human resources management, training program consulting, design, and delivery, as well as multimedia and Internet technology for eLearning.

She is also in charge of creating and strengthening professional health networks in Africa and Asia, which serve to establish and disseminate best practices in human resources for health and training.

She holds an undergraduate degree in human resources management and organization from the University of Paris 12, Créteil and a master’s degree in consulting and training within organizations from the University of Paris Dauphine.
