Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As chief operating officer (COO), Benjamin Schreiber oversees all aspects of AMP’s operations. He is responsible for managing AMP's services and operational resources, implementing quality and process improvements, and making sure resources are used to accomplish the goals and missions of the organization.

Before joining AMP in 2010, Schreiber was an investment manager at a German private equity investment company focused on turnaround and restructuring small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Prior to that, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) managing projects in strategy implementation, organizational change, and financial analysis. He has also worked as a strategic analyst for Kraton Chemicals and as a consultant for Quantum Consulting International.

Schreiber holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc from Oxford University in economics for development, and a BSc from University College London in economics.
