We are pleased to announce the 3rd edition of the Training Course in Surveillance and Field Epidemiology in Africa (SURVEA). The course is the adapted version of the International Course on Epidemiology and Applied Computer Science in Africa (IEIAA), organized since 1998 by AMP.
SURVEA is a blended (classroom / distance) learning program in applied epidemiology with a focus on epidemiological surveillance, and outbreak investigation and response in Africa.
The classroom learning phase will be held from September 10-28, 2012 at the
Regional Institute of Public Health (Institut Régional de Santé Publique, IRSP) in Ouidah, Benin. This will be followed by distance training and support from November to December.
