LOGIVAC Consortium Launch Meeting
Started in 2011, the LOGIVAC project aims to provide technical support to improve logistics for health, the vaccine supply chain, and vaccine management through training of country logisticians and implementation of one regional logistics reference and resources center.
The three-year project, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, is jointly implemented by the Agence de Médecine Préventive (AMP) and World Health Organization (WHO) in collaboration with regional public and private partners.
To contribute to the LOGIVAC project’s objectives and ensure the reference center’s sustainability in the medium and long term, a consortium of partners involving public and private, regional and international organizations will be established.
This consortium will be launched during a dedicated meeting at the Institut Régional de Santé Publique (IRSP), Ouidah, in Benin.
